Terri is currently the Head of Growth at HealthMetrics – an award-winning & fastest-growing cloud enterprise platform for corporate healthcare benefits management. We currently serve over 1000+ corporate clients with over 200,000+ corporate members & close to 4000+ healthcare partners in our network. Our clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Family Mart, Taylors Group, CIDB, MPOB, Domino's and many other brand names.

Prior to this, she has held senior leadership positions in International Marketing, Business Development & Project Finance in technology, healthcare, infrastructure & renewable energy sectors across the APAC region. Some of her other noteworthy achievements would include the development of one of the largest solar power plants in Malaysia (CAPEX RM180M) during her time at Fumase; structured the financing for several water projects in the Asia Pacific including an UKEF-supported project with an RM1B hybrid Sukuk-export credits structure during her time at Biwater.

She has built a team of 10 marketers at HealthMetrics (from the ground up) where they have since collectively contributed to over >500% revenue growth in 2 years while collaborating alongside the sales, customers success, operations, finance & tech teams. Within the 1st year, the team increased the number of leads by 34x & decreased the cost per lead by 57x. She has also increased the average deal size by 10x resulting in a reduction of acquisition cost per corporate by 40%.

Her key responsibilities as Head of Growth are driving impactful revenue growth strategies & scaling the company through cross-functional initiatives. As part of this role, she is co-leading the company's maiden regional expansion & go-to-market into Singapore, together with the Country Manager.

Her role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, operations, product & finance. As a platform that connects corporates, employees and healthcare partners, she oversees the entire user journey(s) and funnels that each segment takes and orchestrate all the pieces to work together towards the company's north star.
